Perryman & Wilson was founded in 1976 by Mike Perryman and Charles Wilson.  The first home that Perryman & Wilson built is where Mike and his wife Rita Perryman raised their children and still live.  Perryman & Wilson has built homes for clients throughout Bell, Coryell and McLennan counties.  A family affair, Mike enjoyed Rita's assistance from before the time his partner Charles passed away in 1994.  Mike also has employed his daughters, nieces, and nephews for stints over the years—they can all attest to the quality of homes he has built as many of them now live in Perryman & Wilson homes.

Mike’s love for homebuilding inspired his son-in-law, Troy Glasson, to join him in the business of "building dreams" for Central Texas families. Troy was the high school sweetheart of Mike’s daughter Page and has had the opportunity to observe and participate in the construction business off and on since he was a teenager.   After working in various capacities in Austin, Waco and Temple, Troy is now President of Perryman & Wilson.  He brings knowledge of the industry that he gained from his time with Mike and his years of working with builders at the Temple Area Builders Association, where he served as Director for more than six years.  

Troy and his wife Page strive to operate the company by developing lasting relationships with their customers in the Perryman & Wilson tradition.  Perryman & Wilson will make sure to do everything that we can to satisfy our customers from before the time ground is broken to well after they move into their new home.  Perryman & Wilson homes can be found in the rural areas of Central Texas to neighborhoods such as Hidden Valley in McGregor, The Preserve in China Spring, Canyon Creek in Temple, Morgan’s Point, and many others throughout Bell, Coryell, and McLennan Counties.
